A condominium complex on Upper East Coast Road in Singapore has been sold for S$115.3 million (US$86 million) in the city-state's first collective sale in 2023.
A consortium of unidentified buyers risked the ongoing slowdown in the housing market to purchase the 43-unit complex.
For Bagnall Court, the sale price of the fully-owned property, built in 1991, was 7.8 per cent below the S$125 million sales guide, and the property can be converted into 106 residential units with a minimum average size of 915 square feet (85 square metres).
